Care home for Vulnerable Customers – in just 3 days
We have extensive experience of dealing with vulnerable customers and during our first year of operation dealt with one where both policyholders required care home facilities which we were able to source within 3 working days (see attached case study).

In March 2018 Rapid Relocate saw a 500% increase in demand for Alternative Accommodation. This demand continued into April and May. This was the second major surge “test” for Rapid Relocate following the Cumbria floods of 2015.
Surge plan activated day one. Additional resource co-opted in to ensure team could cope with uplift in calls and email instructions. Office opening hours immediately extended to 10.00pm
