Wherever possible we choose to work with suppliers who are ISO9001:2008 accredited to ensure they meet the high standards and demands of the insurance industry and the consumer. Being ISO accredited ensures that their policies, procedures and indeed quality standards remain at a high level.
We take the selection and performance of our suppliers very seriously and each Third Party Supplier is subject to thorough investigation and due diligence before any form of partnership or written agreement is put in to practice. Subcontracted service providers are procured against our own principles and culture and only those demonstrating to operate by similar standards and ethos are partnered with. Quality and customer service is paramount.
When we are awarded a new contract our supplier implementation meetings are designed to embed the standards and expectations our client desires of, not only ourselves, but indeed our supply chain.
Our suppliers are reviewed regularly as common practice and we also hold a full annual site audit to continually assess the skill levels and competencies of each supplier.
